We were originally going to leave this kitchen relatively untouched, just moving a couple of cabinets and doing a deep clean. Ben has decided, however, that the walls need to be torn out (something to do with the plumbing, I think), though we'll still try to save the floors and cabinets.The kitchen has hookups for a stackable washer/dryer in the corner. We'll need to buy those, as well as a refrigerator. Hopefully the stove can be sufficiently cleaned to keep.
Sam and I are hoping we can add some more cabinet space, perhaps on the wall you see in the bottom picture. Technically they would be in the dining area rather than the kitchen, but I think the extra storage space will be well worth it.
